We're critical of the way that IT services and support tends to work
That’s why we started Penelope. In fact, it's probably why we're called Penelope.
In our experience IT support teams and providers often drive their clients crazy – there aren't many industries that can see companies succeed by annoying or letting down their clients and yet somehow, this often characterises successful IT providers.
It's this standpoint and our understanding we think, that makes us different – we've devised a service that's less annoying, more attentive, more responsive and better. We don't get it perfectly right – because IT is a difficult business, but we get it right enough and achieve a high enough average, that our clients recommend us and are happy with the service we provide.
We think good IT support should be positive, sometimes fun and always affordable.
We think IT should be easy to understand and good value rather than confusing and expensive; it's a massively positive and enabling force within modern third sector organisations. Your organisation’s needs can be met efficiently and effectively with the right IT solution and it doesn't have to cost very much. You do need to spend money on IT – but our firmly held belief is that you don't have to spend that much.
So we're a group of friendly, nice, hard working and smart techies.
